Seven function rooms are available for banqueting and business meetings, conferences, seminars, cocktail parties, private dinners, or small-scale exhibitions. Audio-visual equipment and other conference facilities are also available.

Our dedicated banquet team can assist in itinerary planning, and their task is helped by having access to the kind of celebrations and parties that have passed into Hong Kong legend.

Function Rooms

Prince I
Can accommodate up to six guests classroom style. Located on the 4th floor.

Prince II
Can accommodate up to 35 guests lunch / dinner style, 30 theater style, 20 classroom style, and 12 U-Shape. Located on the 4th floor.

Beijing Suites I - III
Can accommodate up to 200 guests for a cocktail party, 180 for a banquet, and 200 for a theater-style meeting. Located on the 3rd floor.

Xiamen Suites I - II
Can accommodate 48 guests classroom style, 30 U-Shape and then for dinners and banquets, 80 for a cocktail party and 72 for a banquet. Located on the 3rd floor.

A special package combining the use of function rooms with the use of guest rooms can be arranged.

Audio-Visual Equipment

A comprehensive range of audio-visual equipment is available for hire.

Business Center

Secretarial services, photocopying, translation, typing, facsimile transmission, word-processing, broadband Internet access, Internet access, private fax machine, typewriter, and computer rental are available at a charge.
